Free 25-minute consult · with Kim, start to finish

Let’s look at your marketing together.

You’ve probably already tried a few things on your own. The ads that spent and spent, the Google listing you set up one evening, the website update that was supposed to take a weekend. Gahhh, yep, I know.

Bring all of it. In 25 minutes we’ll look at where you actually show up today, what’s getting in the way, and the first thing I’d fix.

  • No pitch deck
  • No prep needed
  • Plan in writing afterward

Pick a time for your free virtual consult

What we’ll cover

Twenty-five minutes, all about your business.

I look over your website, your Google listing and anything you mention before we talk, so we can skip the background and get straight to what to do.

01

Where you show up today

Google search, the map pack, and whether ChatGPT and other AI tools mention you or your competitors.

02

What’s getting in the way

Site speed, your booking path, ads that spend without bookings, a listing that isn’t pulling its weight.

03

The first thing I’d fix

One clear starting point, even if you decide to do it yourself. Plenty of people leave with exactly that.

How it works

From booking to a plan you can hold onto.

  1. Pick a timeThen a few questions about your business. About five minutes, and it means our time goes to answers instead of background.
  2. I do my homeworkYour site, your Google listing, any ads, and what you told me is working and what isn’t.
  3. We talk on video25 minutes on Google Meet. You’ll get the link in your confirmation, again the day before, and an hour ahead.
  4. You get it in writingA short recap, your visibility report, and the plan we talked about, so you can decide on your own time.

Is this a fit?

Built for owner-led businesses, one location or twelve.

A great fit if you

  • Own the business and make the marketing call
  • Run a practice or service business that books appointments
  • Have one busy location, or several and zero free evenings
  • Want rankings, AI search, ads and booking working as one system

Probably not the right fit if

We’re built around one owner making the call. If your brand, your website and your budget are set somewhere above you, by a corporate office or a committee, we’re not the right fit, and I’d rather tell you that up front.

Just getting started? A one time intensive is usually the better first step, and we can talk about that too.

About the money questions

Why I ask about revenue (it stays between us).

The intake asks roughly what the business brings in, where you’d like it to be, and, if you want to share, your expenses. Ballparks are perfect, and “prefer not to say” is always an option.

It’s there so I suggest something that actually fits, instead of a plan built for a business twice or half your size. Our six month program is $2,500 a month and one time intensives start at $1,800, and we pay Google directly, never a percentage of your ad spend.

Questions people ask first

Before you book

Is it really free?

Yes. One free consult per business, no card, no catch. If we end up working together, you’ll get a written plan and pricing to look over on your own time.

Are you going to pitch me the whole time?

No. Most of the call is about what I found and what I’d do first. If something we offer would genuinely help, I’ll mention it once and send the details in writing.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nope. The questions after you pick a time are the prep. If you want, have your Google Ads or analytics login handy in case we want to peek at something together.

Who will I actually talk to?

Me, Kim. I founded Faceted Media and I’ve been running an agency since 2011. The person on the call is the person who looks at your accounts.

What if I need to reschedule?

Your confirmation email has a link to pick a new time or cancel, no explanation needed.

I just need one thing fixed, not a whole plan.

Then the a la carte shop might be faster. Pick the fix, describe it at checkout, and we take it from there.

Ready when you are.

Grab a time, tell me a little about the business, and I’ll take it from there.
