You’ve probably tried a few things already

Maybe it was a directory profile that sends a trickle, a website builder that ate three weekends, or a freelancer who went quiet after the invoice. Yep, we know, and it’s frustrating.

None of it means marketing can’t work for your practice. It usually means you got handed the tech part, and that was never supposed to be your job.

Solo, group or multi-location, across all of mental health

The work changes with the size of the practice, and we’ve done it at every size.

Very much us

Solo practitioners

You’re the clinician, the front desk and the marketing department. We take the last one off your plate so your calendar fills with the clients you actually want to see.

Also very much us

Small group practices

You have a handful of clinicians with openings to fill. We get each one found for their specialties, so new clients book with the right person.

Still very much us

Large and multi-location groups

Every office needs its own Google listing, its own local rankings and its own steady intake. We run all of it as one plan with one dashboard.

We’re built around one owner making the call. If your brand, your website and your budget are set by a corporate office above you, we’re not the right fit.

What we take off your plate

SEO and AI search

Rankings on Google and visibility in AI answers like ChatGPT, for the specialties and cities you serve.

Google Business Profile and reviews

Your listing cleaned up, kept current and earning reviews, for one office or for every location you run.

Google Ads

Expert level ads aimed at people looking for help right now. You pay Google directly and we never mark up your spend.

Website speed and online booking

A fast site and a booking path that works, so a visitor can become a client without waiting on a callback.

A dashboard you’ll actually open

Plain numbers on rankings, traffic and bookings, plus a monthly meeting where we walk through them together.

The tech, all of it

Tracking, schema, the settings nobody explained. Tech always breaks eventually, and when it does it’s ours to fix.

The order we work in

Ads and rankings start moving in the first weeks, and everything after builds on them.

  1. An audit and triage, with heatmaps, so we know what’s really going on
  2. Ads fixed right away
  3. Technical SEO, site speed and schema
  4. Google Business Profile and local search, for each location
  5. Rankings and the booking funnel
  6. Backlinks
  7. Social, and then publications and features last

The six month program

from $2,450 a month

For established practices. After six months you can stay monthly or switch to quarterly, and you can move between the two later.

The one day intensive

from $1,800 for one location

The starting path for new practices, or for anyone who’d rather fix one big thing first.

Practices we’ve done this for, by type

Group therapy collective

A Google Business Profile, rescued

A hidden address had put their map pin twenty miles from the office, and the hours were blank. We fixed the profile and built six service pages, and the pin now sits where the office actually is.

Women’s therapy practice

Page one in a crowded market

In one of the most crowded therapy markets in the country, ongoing SEO and two blogs a month put them on page one for the women’s counseling terms in their city, plus several young adult ones.

ABA therapy provider

Two clinics, both visible

They had two markets to win and no local search footprint. Both clinics show up now, with real online booking and weekly posting and reviews running.

Since working with her, my website page is ranking significantly higher, my website is more visible, and Google ads are performing very well. Specifically, I have a therapy practice and Kimberly did a great job understanding my field.

Questions practice owners ask us

Do you work with practices outside Colorado?

Yes. Everything we do is digital, so we work with practices in any state.

How soon will something move?

Ads get fixed in the first weeks and the rankings work starts right alongside them. The program runs six months because that’s how long it takes to build results that stay.

Who will I actually work with?

Kim, the owner, and a small senior team. We stay small on purpose, because the work was better that way than when we were bigger.

Will I have homework?

Sometimes, a little. There are things only you can tell us about your practice. The tech part stays with us.

Let’s get your practice found

Pick a time on our calendar and tell us what you’ve tried so far. It’s free, and you’ll be talking with the owner.
